Returns & Exchanges Policy

Upon purchase of any items, you are agreeing to our returns and exchanges policy

Returns

Items can only be returned if it has been unopened and unused within 30 days from date of purchase. If the item you ordered was damaged upon reception, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us right away at hello@shophairgoo.com to have the issue resolved. Once the item/s are checked and approved for return, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Shipping for returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items will be made at your own cost. You must obtain proof of postage until you receive your refund, in the event that the package couldn’t find its way back to goo.

Exchanges

Items can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective upon reception. Please be sure to take clear photos of the damage and contact us right away at hello@shophairgoo.com and we will let you know how to proceed from there.
